Terms of service
Goldfish vs Kitty is operated by Weddings Unlimited LLC, Houston, Texas. Using it means agreeing to what is below. Last updated 6 September 2026.
Type or text anything. The app reads it, searches the accounts you have connected for context, and returns a postcard: what it thinks you meant, some next steps, and where it belongs.
What you send is yours. Nobody else using the app can see it unless you assign or share a specific postcard with them.
Every account you connect is connected read-only. The app cannot send, move, edit or delete anything in your mail or your files.
Disconnect a source, delete a postcard, or delete your account, at any time, without asking anyone.
The postcard is a suggestion, not advice. It is written by an AI model reading your words and whatever it found in your mail. It will sometimes be wrong: it will misread a thought, invent an urgency you do not feel, or file something under the wrong company. Every field on a postcard is editable for exactly that reason.
Do not treat it as legal, financial, medical or safety advice, and check anything consequential yourself before acting on it. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Do not share sign-in access. If you think someone else has reached your account, tell us and revoke the app's access from your Google or Microsoft security settings.
Connect accounts you own or are authorised to use. Do not connect a colleague's mailbox, or a shared mailbox you have not been given permission to read.
The app runs a model on every thought, which costs real money. Accounts have a monthly postcard limit. Automated bulk submission is not what this is for.
Do not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, or to process data you have no right to hold.
This is a small internal tool, provided as is. There is no uptime guarantee, no support commitment, and no promise that a postcard will be accurate or that a text will always get through. It depends on Microsoft, Google, Dropbox, Twilio, Netlify, Supabase and Anthropic, any of which can fail or change without notice.
To the extent the law allows, Weddings Unlimited LLC is not liable for losses arising from using it, including anything that follows from acting on a postcard, from a missed or delayed message, or from data loss. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose.
Access may be suspended or ended if an account is being used in a way that breaks these terms or threatens the service. You can stop using it whenever you like.
Privacy. What is read and stored is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes. These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use the app means accepting the new version.
Governing law. The laws of the State of Texas, United States.
